Frequently Asked Questions

How much does it cost to shoot at a gun range?
Range entry at Revere Gun Range starts at $16.99 per person per hour for regular lanes ($25 for high-power rifle lanes). Add a handgun rental ($7), eye and ear protection ($2 each), targets ($1.50 and $3), and ammunition, plus instructor time ($50 flat for groups of up to 5, $100 for groups of 6 or more). A typical first visit runs around $80–$110. Watch for weekday specials — including FREE range entry for everybody on Thursdays from 1–4 PM with any ammo purchase.

Do I need a license to shoot at a gun range in Florida?
No. You don't need any license to shoot at our range — just a valid photo ID. (A Florida Concealed Weapon License is only needed if you want to carry a concealed firearm in public, and we offer the class for that too.)

Can tourists shoot at your range?
Yes! We love first-timers and tourists. Tourists must bring a passport as ID, and our instructors will guide you through safety, range procedures, and your live-fire experience. Instruction is available in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.

What is the minimum age to shoot?
Children 8 years and older are welcome with a parent present. Guests aged 18–20 can shoot alongside someone 21 or older. Firearm rentals require renters to be 21+.

Do I need experience to visit?
Not at all. Tell us it's your first time at check-in and our team will walk you through everything. If you want structured instruction, our $69 Pistol and Rifle Intro classes include everything you need.

Can I rent a firearm?
Yes — handguns ($7), shotguns ($15), rifles ($25), suppressed firearms ($35), and full-auto ($75). To rent, you must be 21 or older and come as a party of two or more (or bring your own firearm). Our rental firearms must be used with our ammunition.

Can I bring my own ammunition?
You may bring your own ammo for your own firearms, except: no hollow-point and no steel ammunition (shotguns: slugs only). Rental firearms must use our ammunition.
